The project is located on the banks of a hill facing the mediterrenean sea a few hundred meters south. A complex set of existing retaining walls marks the entire hillside. The house doesn’t need to interfere with the environment: only a roof is placed on a line of narrow posts. The walls become non existent through the use of glass slid- ing windows and the separation between inside and outside is therefore lost creating a continuous spatial flow. The glazed pool enlightens the under- ground rooms in an unusual and spectacular way.
