The project is defined by two main buildings located on the longer sides of the plot creating an interesting inner courtyard on two levels, open towards the south.
Massing and heights are defined by the city zoning law to achieve and to cover the maximum volume allowed by the site.

At half of the height (around the height of the city nearby), the building envelope is cut and a public/service floor is generated, covered by an aluminum mirrored mesh. The remaining parts of the buildings are then separated and appear to be floating in the sky.
