The project recovers an old concrete abandoned structure and grafts into it new volumes for the bedrooms, defined by rectangular and squared windows, protected by wooden meshes and framing the lush vegetation around the house.

A new Makuti roof reaches 15 meters in height and cantilevers over the sides of the house, protecting it from the heavy monsonic rains.
