This building is the first of two specular juxtaposed towers that encloses the new square at the core of the residential neighborhood. Not unlike a medieval tower, the new office building builds on a octagonal plan with a sequence of protrusive elements only interrupted by glazing facades. The glazing curtain walls are shielded by a shading system that enhances the stereometry of the structure. A cylindrical building that hosts the main installations defines the top of the building.
