The competition required the engineerization of a project developed by a local architect and forced to maintain the same floor plans and typologies.
Instead of maintaining the same look, our proposal changed radically the facade and roof, inserting a system of prefabricated glulam V shaped columns that would define external protected canopies allowing the use of the courtyards and balconies even on rainy and snowy days.
